Personally I use crypto.com for their crypto rewards debit card, low fees and staking features. They are MAS exempted pending approval.
You can buy ZIL and send over for lower fees else crypto.com accepts USD deposits via bank or SGD via Xfers.
Below are their platforms and my referral links if you need one.
This the exchange app, fees from 0.4% and below. You can stake to reduce fees.

This is the Visa card app, it’s similar to Coinhako and you can’t do limit orders but no fees just currency spread.

FTX - for their low fees and free crypto withdrawal
Coinhako* - for ease of use and peace of mind (regulated by MAS).
*Take note Coinhako does not support sending and receiving for SOL. If you intend to withdraw to your own wallet or another platform, you won’t be able to do so.

You can try buying USDC from crypto.com app, using Xfers. Send it over to crypto.com exchange for no fees. Trade SOL/USDC with 0.4%

Easiest way would be Coinhako. They are MAS regulated and support SGD deposits! Use my referral link...

I would recommend FTX (which are used by institutional traders as well), and allows you to keep separate accounts. Kucoin has wide range of alts as well, but I wouldn't recommend keeping the coins there.
You may use my FTX referral code if it helps: https://ftx.com/#a=28241731
