Looking for the best way to earn cashback via installment for my online degree fee (USD $11000)?

Hi all,

I plan to take a online MSC degree on coursea, which cost around USD $11000, likely is not paid in full, should be required to pay in each sem.

what I want to know is for education loan, which bank cc offer the best rebate/cashback?

and also is there any cc/ loan that offer "interest-free" repayment for up to 3 years?

There are some bank CC have rebate exclusion for bill that used to pay for education, I am not very sure

context:
I am a 32 years old working adult, working for a few years already.
my university is non singapore uni, so likely not liable for singapore bank study loan
