Long-term Investment/Ireland-Domiciled ETF for retirement- which option and which brokerage is best?

Hi all,

I am thinking of investing $300k over 20 years, and was wondering if which approach would have the best returns.

I am looking at Ireland-domiciled ETFs for the S&P500, e.g. CSPX, and would like to find out which brokerage is the cheapest and would allow automatic DCA, i.e. monthly deductions.

What would you guys recommend? Am open to other suggestions such as FDs and T-bills etc. My aim is to get the highest returns possible over 20 years.

Thank you.

For Ireland-domiciled ETFs, IBKR has the lowest fees for most people. However, I don't think they support monthly automatic investments, so you'll have to set a reminder to do it yourself.

SCB also has low fees if you're a priority banking customer. I don't think they have monthly automatic investments either, but if you bave priority banking status then your relationship manager might be able to assist you with it every month.
