Loans for commercial property

Looking to buy a commercial property for my own business needs. Just curious for the bank loan, do banks loan 100% or can i loan from 2 banks if they do not loan 100%? Like 80-20%.

Any recommendations whom should i loan from?

Specifically, LTV can be up to 80%. I don't think you can take loans from 2 banks.
