I would definitely go for Chainlink. Litecoin is just a 'lite' version of Bitcoin, which I think does not have much of a value proposition. Chainlink, on the other hand, serves to solve the oracle problem. It essentially accesses data from external data sources, and passes the information over to the respective smart contract platform in order to validate smart contracts. This particular use case + the fact that Chainlink is the leader in decentralised oracle networks (comparing to the likes of Band protocol) renders Chainlink more valuable than Litecoin, so LINKLTC imo.
