Let’s say I held on to US stocks for barely a month and sold it for profit. Will I still get charged custodian fee by Saxo?

If I don't hold it for more than a month, will I still get charged the custodian fee?

Yes, as long as you hold the stock for more than a day, you will incur custodian fees.
