Learnt that new regulations might prevent HDB flats from being resold at $1 million in the future. I am an HDB homeowner and I feel very upset about this. Is there any way of appealing?

I hope the government restricts HDB prices. and industrial properties, hawker stalls, HDB shops. So that future generations can still afford a shelter over their heads, costs of doing businesses remain competitive, and not have to slog like a slave.
