Last week, I realized I lost my HSBC Premier Mastercard. What should I do?

Do I report to the police or contact HSBC directly? Who do I contact on this?

You need to call HSBC immediately. They will cancel your existing card and re-issue a new one to you. They should be able to reverse any fradulent charges if you report the loss within a day or 2.

Last week? And u found out today? 😱
Faster call HSBC asap.. They will freeze and issue you the card.
You dont need to report police... Police will ask u call bank... I lost my wallet, inside got ic, credit cards, etc.... Police ask me report to relevant company to replace. Police cant do anything.
