I not sure if any ladies would say they are ok w a person w a lot of personal loan/credit card debts, cannot pay bills on time etc. b4 the start of relationship (vice versa will guys like a lady w such issues?), if during the relationship, something like this happen then see how to resolve together. Things changes - can be for better or worse... So it's risky to judge.

Depends on the life stage the guy is in, if still in army or school, then his openness to discussion on financials is more important than the actual figures, but if mid 30s, and then living with parents and only earning bare minimum, then that is a red flag.
