I am a frequent flyer for Korean Air, Cathay, Garuda, ANA. I wonder what can do with all the miles? Can i convert the air miles to krisflyer air miles? Or i only can use it for individual airline? Thanks.

Hi anon
Korean Air is under Sky Team, with their FFP known as Skypass. You can choose to credit miles earned to Skypass directly, or to another FFP under the Skyteam group.
Cathay is under OneWorld, with the FFP called MarcoPolo club. You earn Club Points for Status and Asia miles for redemption.
Garuda is under Skyteam, and their FFP is called Garudamiles. You could credit flights under Garuda to Skypass under Korean Air, or vice versa.
ANA is under Star Alliance, and their FFP is called ANA Mileage Club. You can credit flights to AMC or to KF if you wish.
Which airline's FFP to credit to does depend on your flight bucket. So play around with https://www.wheretocredit.com/ to experiment and see which FFP might suit you better.
For example. I fly ANA quite often, but have been crediting to Aegean M&B instead of SQ KF or ANA's own AMC - reason being M&B miles do not expire. All 3 airlines (ANA, Aegean, SQ) are under the Star Alliance banner, but I've never flown Aegean in my life. Doesn't stop you from signing up an account though.

Korean Air and garuda are under Sky Team, with their FFP miles program known as Skypass.
Cathay is under OneWorld alliance, they have their own miles program called Asia miles which you can redeem for other partners as well such as Finnair which is an up and coming airline on the global stage
Garuda is under Skyteam, and their FFP is called Garudamiles. You could credit flights under Garuda to Skypass under Korean Air, or vice versa.
ANA is under Star Alliance, and they have their own frequent flyer called ana miles
Personally i would rather you exchange your miles for krisflyer miles because it is cheaper and more worth it for us. Otherwise consider Asia miles program
