Hi Seedly Community, Does young working adult really need Critical Illness / Early Critical Illness insurance ?

Been reading posts advising on having a medical insurance as part of our retirement plan. Being a young and healthy working adult now, is there a need for me to buy medical insurance as young as possible and why?

Am a working single adult in my late 20s and reckon I will remain in singlehood. I have bought NTUC Viovolife insurance and am wondering if this provides sufficient coverage for me or do I need to purchase additional insurance? Any recommendation?
