Asset class : index / ETF

Can we do comparison of different ETF across countries? I know that currently STI ETF is on the higher end, how does it performed in comparison to other countries?

China and tech were unloved just few years back. Now it seems that everyone is talking about these. 10x! 100x! to the moon!

Warren Buffett once say be fearful when everyone is greedy. Besides US and China, what other investments opportunities should be investors look at for a long term (at least 10 years for me) perspective. Or do you think that US and China will still be the theme in the next 10 years?
