Just turned 30. I feel like this is a good restart. Any advise how/what i should do to set myself up financially? Married, no kids, house otw.

Have a conversation with your partner on finances! Now that you are married, you are a team and you have DOUBLE the earning power. Make sure that you guys are aligned when it comes to finances as you will be supporting each other on this journey. Plan ahead (particularly on big ticket items), think about whether you want to have kids, how much you are willing to spend on reno etc.

Save up for Rainy days. Considering that the liability is house, apart from that, invest a little

Think long term. know what your goals and set milestones along the way to reach it.

30 is a good starting point. Not too bad. Have about 10 years to play around in terms of career. Once hit 40 more or less your career track is cast in stone.
