Just spent a good ten minutes to craft my mid-year work review comments.

This semester, I have sought to demonstrate greater psychological hardiness and elevate my professionalism in my work. I committed myself to going above and beyond expectations, whether it was sharing my thoughts on the buddy system or providing feedback to colleagues on their HDP remarks. As the Year 4 Level Coordinator, I took the initiative to update the English department on the insights I gained from leading the Milestone Assessment, enabling them to benefit from my experience. In my role as an ICT Champs, I embraced ChatGPT and educated both students and educators on its various applications, sharing my insights I had gleaned during Tuesday assemblies, department emails, and even on the SgLDC Facebook page. I seek to improve further and deliver an even higher level of service in Semester 2.
