Yes

I'm a believer in Warren Buffet quote "to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful". Have been adding bit by bit whenever it breaks a new low, though only do this if you have sufficient warchest to continue deploying.

On what to deploy your funds into, go with REITs that can weather through this high interest rate storm (who knows how long more this would last). I feel that those with a low gearing ratio, a strong sponsor and a strong balance sheet will emerge stronger after this uncertain period.

Separately, if you are looking to build a dividend income portfolio, can also consider looking at STI ETF or Blue Chip stocks as they now are moving towards 4+% dividend yield too (and some do have growth potential aside of their strong dividend yield).
