Is this portfolio diversified enough? 50% IWDA, 15% QQQ+ARKK, 35% Local Banks+Reits ETF?

The first 2 parts are O.K.

the Singapore part is much too overweighted.

Even if You consider only the recommendable modern developed 'western style' global economies, Singapore makes out only a tiny fraction. You could shift more towards China, Switzerland, Scandinavia.
