Hi,
You would need to ask individual advisor for the quotation. Btw I don't think there is a 5 year premium term in the market for a whole life plan, even if there is, the annual premium will definitely be very expensive.
Over at GE, we do offer a 20 year premium term for our whole life plan. If you are interested to find out the premium based on your sum assured, feel free to contact me (email at bio).
Cheers.

Hi anon,
As an independent advisor who distributes products from most insurers, I would be able to get you the numbers you are looking for. I also have contacts that would be able to get quotations for you for GE. Premiums will vary depending on how much Early CI/Late CI coverage you want.
Some points for you to consider:
China Taiping's Life Plan (i-secure) is off market till July, so you're down to Aviva's MyWholeLife III, NTUC's Star Assure and GE's GREAT Flexi Protect, unless you wish to wait and see.
Aviva does not have a 5 year premium term. NTUC does. GE's WL doesn't have a 5 year payment term also, it is either 20 years or till age 65. China Taiping had a 5 year payment term while their plan was on market, but I do not know if they will change this when they re-introduce their plan.
Scope of coverage wise, Aviva covers 131 conditions across 59 CIs, 16 special conditions. NTUC covers 101 conditions over 39 CIs, 10 special conditions. Taiping covers 137 conditions across 55 CIs, 12 special conditions. I can't speak for GE at the moment although I could probably get a copy of the product summary.
Hope that helps and if you need to see exact premiums for your situation, you can reach me via this link.
