Is there any suitable cashback credit cards for low spenders (<$500)? Looking for my first CC but can't seem to find a suitable card for myself

I think it all depends on what you spend on, since each credit card are usually marketed based on a particular spending pattern - say online shopping, travel, dining etc.

That said, do also bear in mind if they offer waiver of annual fees - i'm not sure myself but if you do spend an acceptable amount on a card, fees can usually be waived, though it doesn't apply to every card/bank.
