Is there any other way to get rid of ILP other than surrendering?

What options do I have to get rid of my ILP? what's the best option? pros and cons of each?

I have a problem here. Stuck with an ILP and looking for people to buy over it to at least lower down my losses instead ot surrendering it directly. Any advices?
