Is there any equity-based crowdfunding (not P2P) in Singapore currently licensed under MAS?

I’m interested in adding this asset class to my portfolio.

Usually these non P2P and regulated by MAS are open only to high networths or AI. but personally, if you are already a high networth or AI, you will probably have good deals as a private or prestige client of a bank or insurance co.

What are the equity based (not p2p) crowdfunding platform/website in Singapore that allows non-accredited investors to participate in the crowdfunding?

Are private (not via the accredited platform) P2P debt/reward crowdfunding allowed in Singapore or must approval from MAS be obtained?

For Syfe100, it's a very good market entry in the US with low fees, no withholding tax and gives access to top 100 companies. What are the cons for it other than no hedging, 100% equity-based risk?
