Is there any Card that can use by third party to withdraw cash in Singapore ATM

Is there any card that allows our family members or friends to withdraw cash in Singapore ATM without any additional fee? The main purpose is for me to maintain the account to credit the cash and keep track of their spending.

Revolut card does not allow cash withdrawal in Singapore ATM.

Perhaps you can consider pre-paid card companies like Revolut / Youtrip where you can top up & monitor the account. Revolut provides 2 physical cards per account https://community.revolut.com/t/an-extra-card/3...
