Hi anon,

Accrued interest is only for housing, it does not apply to investments made under CPF IS. Your investment proceeds will be returned to your OA/SA when you sell off and you don't have to make up for anything.

Hi Anon,

No there is no accrued interest for CPF investments, unlike housing. CPFIS monies when sold will go back to OA or SA respectively.
