Came across a consultant that claimed to educate investors in generating passive income through property renting, without actually owning the physical asset. IMHO, the amount generated comes with real hard work too. One thing for sure, before generating the probable passive income, you have already paid substantial sums for the program, renovation, etc. Whether you get paying tenants who take care of the home furniture & finishings, is also a bet you have to take on. Nothing called safe bet. So, the neater and cleaner arrangement is still REITs investment.
