Is the NUSSU debit card worth getting? What are some of the perks and are there any requirements to get this?

This card is pretty hehe! How can I get it??

Pre-req is to be a NUS student and have an existing POSB/DBS savings account. I signed up for the card on the first day of school adminssion, quite fuss-free but benefits wise not that appealing. 3% cashback for local contactless spend if you hit min spend $400, and dont withdraw $400 in a month, but the cashback capped at $20.

I know another card among my peers back then was the OCBC Frank Card, maybe you can check it out and compare first!
