Is the FSSA dividend advantage A QDIS from OCBC a good investment (if the goal is to get at least 10% returns per year)? Or will money be better spent elsewhere?

Will this product be a good buy assuming the sales commission offered is 1.5%? I couldn’t find any reviews online. OCBC financial advisor recommended this unit trust to get dividends and wait for capital gains.
