Is TD the best broker to use in Singapore?

Is this the best choice because of 0 comission?

Best broker in terms of price yes! But their account creation process is terrible. It can take up to 3 months. They also take damn long to reply 1 email. So possibly you can expect if anything wrong were to happen to your account, you might not get answers quickly which can be annoying.

Given it's reliability and 0.00 USD fees for trading U.S. stocks and ETFs and 0.00 USD account management fees: yes.

Opening a new account however is currently reported to be a very sluggish process, possibly they are understaffed?

Also they should be taken over by Charles Schwab this year, but no problem
