Is SGD900 to CSPX and SGD100 to KWEB/CQQQ via IBKR DCA making my fees efficient?

KWEB is comission-free on IBKR. Pretty hard to avoid paying minimum commission for CSPX so does really matter. Just note that you won't be able to fractional into CSPX so your DCA amount will vary.

If there is a fee of $10.70 per trade, what should be the minimum sum to DCA invest in US ETF to make the fees worth? Is $500-1000 worth the fees?

For the long term... Does it make more sense to invest in UT with endowus (charge access fee but rebate trailer fees) or purchase UTs via FSM/Dollardex (no ongoing trailer fees)
