Hi all, just recently came across this article
https://www.theinnercircle.com.sg/post/experien...
talking about a copy-trade Robo system that will sort of auto trade for you in the Forex market. It is not the first time I have come across articles on copy trading, just wondering is this becoming a trend right now or? When reading the article it really tempts you to invest in it but not really sure if it's a scam or? What are your views?

Copy trading had been there in the forex trading world for a long time. It is a legitimate platform offered by many forex brokers, where the broker will handle all the transactions (buy, sell, admin fees, watermark-based performance fees, performance reports, etc.).
There are 2 ways it can be a scam:
The broker or copy trading platform itself is a fake platform. Everything you see is fake, fake broker, fake buy/sell orders, fake performance reports.
The trader or system you are copying may be using an aggressive strategy that showed impressive performance so far, luring you to invest with them, and one day it hits a big loss that may wipe out the account.
