Is PB ratio now still a good indicator for REITs during recent bear market?

Since most of the stock values for REITs, and other stock options are dropping substantially in recent bear market, is PB ratio a good factor to be considered while purchasing interested options?

Do you think there is going to be a recession? If there is, property valuation might change, thus altering P/B as well.
