Its always a good time to invest...depend on what strategy you are using. IF you have lump sum...you are worried...den apply tranches strategy. Dollar Cost Averaging method.
Stocks are relatively low and they are rallying up,
Stocks are relatively low and they are rallying up, wurns may not be whats stocks can give.
I would suggest stocks, but put in tranches(DCA)
