Is now a good time to buy China ETFs (KWEB and 3067) or should I wait out for further drop to maximize my money?
Any suggestions?

For me personally, there is too much uncertainty. More so than the US side, the Chinese govt is extremely powerful and can implement drastic measures (like forcing companies to be listed only in China or forcing them to give substantial ownership to CCP) in a snap.
Private shareholders, no matter how big, have no say in China and the govt doesn’t need to care about share prices.

Hi Jim, Few questions to think about- What do you think about chinese crack down, do you think there is no risk of SEC delisting these ADR stocks from US markets, what will be the impact to those USD denominated ETFs if funds have to liquidate or rebalance their exposure. Will these companies loose the access to some of the deepest pool of liquidity during most favorable trading time zone. Taiwan -China issue escalation, US and China data privacy issue and tech decoupling? Will they have the same growth potential in the absence of less USD dependent enviroment?. am i buying something because its price is low, is there any fundametal reason for me to go long? , or is it just my recency bias ( China tech did well in last 10 years and i beleive it will continue to do so? ).
Personally, I think buying some of these securities in HK exchange is safer if you are long term investor, Which will help to reduce some Geo-political risks and these are good companies, question i have is will they have the same growth potential?. If i am you, i will wait for some of these fundamental noises to clear out before i go long (may be wait until 5%-10% trend reversal) . I dont see any harm doing that as a long term investor. Meanwhile there are many other places where you can put your capital in to work.

I bought it aggresively, the more it dips the more I buy, bought it from its 60-ish to 47-ish price range.
P.S.: not a financial advice, dyodd!
