Is multipay critical illness premium levelled?

I am considering singlife multipay CI plan and would like to check is the premium levelled? If no, which plan should I consider for levelled premium?

Yes, Singlife is usually a winner for this class of product

Can't say for all but usually critical illness plan premium depends on the coverage amount; and yes the premium is same throughout the policy term. Some may allow taking up rider like crisis waiver later on.
