Is MOON ETF a meme stock?

It outperformed ARKK (by vast margins) in 2021 but has a pretty wonky method of choosing companies...?

MOON is a passively-managed ETF unlike ARKK
It tracks the S&P Kensho Moonshots Index which scores companies based on the number of innovation-related terms in the company's latest SEC filing ??

I've looked through their top 10 holdings in their ETF and I've never heard of more than half of those companies. Further look shows that they are smaller companies that could have a huge runway for growth. Those this could also mean they are riskier in nature.

Best not to look at just the outperformance of 3 months. Think long-term and decide with ETF (if you do go with any) will help to grow your money in the long-term.
