Is Max Pine International selling Moringa Elixer through multi-level-marketing (MLM) legal in Singapore?

My father is currently carrying their products and is stocking up boxes of Moringa Elixer at home. While he claims that there are health benefits to it, I am a little sceptical. Each bottle of Moringa Elixer costs $58. Does anyone have experience with this or the company distributing it, Max Pine International?

Maxpine International is not even a DSAS member, so I doubt it is legal to sell here in Singapore.
