Is Manulife Health Protection customisable to an individual's needs? Or is it a general set of coverage for everyone?
A little lost here. Anybody knows how this protection works?

Hi there. I cover Manulife products as well. I believe you are referring to ManuCare? This product is not customisable per se, but there are different tiers of coverage for you to choose from.
If you are looking for health insurance coverage, ManuCare is not what I'll recommend. The coverage is lower than other insurers and it is not considered an Integrated Shield Plan upgrade, which means you will not be able to use your Medisave account to pay for the premiums.
