4 sessions would set me back $800, which is close to a third of my salary.
I'm 25 this year and have just started working for 2 years. I can claim $800 through my company's insurance, but I'm unclear if I claim some portion of it through my integrated shield plan (Enhanced Income Shield advantage). Finances would be tight if I do plan on continuing with this clinic, as I still have my education loan (CPF) + other ILP I obtained when I was younger and not so wise about investing to pay off.

Get a referral from a polyclinic for a physiotherapist from a government hospital. It'll be much cheaper. Don't walk into NTFH directly as you may be charged private rates. Hope this helps
