Is it worth to diversify to precious metals?

There’s no GST involved and I think it’s liquid enough to be a saving and not often used for spending. What are your thoughts? I’m only stacking silver coins for now. It’s so undervalued. I have interest in precious metals.

Despite the horrendous performance of Gold and Silver, some people would still very much say yes. Some of the highest income earners and richest businessmen have precious metal in their portfolio (e.g. some of the Shark Tank cast).

How would you judge whether its undervalued?
