Is it worth to buy gold coin or gold bullion to keep now? Or should I wait for the price to go down?

In terms of price premium, the bars usually have a lower premium over spot price versus the coins. So look at bars if you don’t care how it looks. And ensure that they are considered IPM, otherwise there is GST charged. Also you need to find a safe place to keep them.

For the timing and value, it depends on you. Some people see physical gold as a hedge.
