Is it worth to buy and rent out Tiny Homes in Australia while I am in Singapore?

Own your Tiny home (maybe on wheels)?

Is it worth to buy and rent out Tiny Homes in Australia (as advertised AUD$75,000) while I am in Singapore? Seems affordable with 30% downpayment and the balance on monthly rental.

It’s built on a trailer and probably can be easily transported around places.

recently already a lot of news of wealth gurus tactics and alternative investments, i don't easily trust these kind of ads, for now.

prefer to look for listed REITS with strong brand and manager to manage the properties.
