Is it worth buying Lion-Phillips S-REIT ETF vs buying the holdings individually?

Considering the low amount of movement in S-REITs, is it worth buying Lion-Phillips S-REIT ETF vs buying the holdings individually?

take care of oneself at the rest will be taken care

CLR (Lion-Phillips S-REIT ETF) is a basket of share that one can own rather then analyse each stock individually which is a headache for me

My take is that CLR (Lion-Phillips S-REIT ETF) is an attractive investment for those who wish to invest in a portfolio of blue-chip S-REIT counters (especially those with little capital and can't afford the luxury of buying these S-REITS individually), while achieving good diversification within local REITs.

This convenience does entail paying a fee of 0.60% per annum though, so if you have a lot of capital, then you can consider doing it yourself too and buy the holdings individually. :)

Cheers.
