Is it wise to invest on company (separately) that my robo-advisor have already invested in it?

I was thinking of buying some additional shares apart from my robo portfolio. Need some advices.

Yes cause the etf only allocates a very small fraction to that company. if u have strong conviction for the company. then just do it

Your robo portfolio probably consist of a basket of ETFs or funds, of which this particular company is only a rather small percentage of.

If you have done thorough research and believe this particular company has potential, then it is not wrong to hold some individual shares of this company.

Is ok. If after your research, u found there is a potential. You can increase your weightage....
