I'm a SPR and from Sarawak. I wonder if I can volunteerly top up my money into CPF and some days when I'm retired I just give up my PR and get all my money back? Any advise.

I think if you are thinking of becoming a pr for long, its good to park in cpf. If you want cashflow though, better to go for othrr options

Do note that if you give up PR, it does not auto entitle you to withdraw money from CPF unless you hit their retirement conditions. If not, you will have to close the entire CPF account to withdraw. After which, you will no longer be able to work in Singapore because CPF will not allow you to open the account again.
