Is it safe to travel now since there is the Wuhan coronavirus? Which travel insurance is the best to get now since most of them wouldn't cover now?

Are there any insurance policies out there that cover the Coronavirus? If not, is travelling now feasible? What are some precautions that I should be taking before travelling now?
