Is it possible to use the digital wallet if one does not have Debit card nor credit card? Only a bank account?

Does opening a digital wallet account like paylah or paynow also requires money that will be deducted for like third party processing fee?

Hello, for most digital wallets like the one you mentioned (PayLah), you do not need to have a Debit or Credit card, you only need a bank account. Paynow is just a service for you to send and receive money without needing other people's bank account number.

Another example of digital wallet would be GooglePay, it only requires you to link to a bank account but they are currently only available for OCBC account members.

One more example would be RazerPay, you also do not need any Credit or Debit cards to create an account and you can top up with your bank account.

However, for FavePay you would need to connect a Credit or Debit card to use to make payment.

Also, all above do not have any processing fee! Hope this helps :)

Nope. No processing fee for consumer as of yet. Paynow is not wallet but like bank transfer technology. Paylah is mobile wallet and recently they have more and more promo on it.
