Is it better at current time to buy SG stocks instead of US? What are your considerations?

SG stocks are still heavily discounted below Feb high while S&P500 already almost return to Feb high.

There is no successful market timing. So asset allocation is most important, if done, just buy periodically passive ETFs, hold them ultra-longterm and don't worry.
