No, there is delay to the funds being used to purchase or for the sell order to take place. Use a brokerage account and enter the stock exchange yourself​​​

No robo-advisors are not meant for active investment, plus when you initiate a buy or sell order, it takes time to execute those orders and will have a lag time so prices will fluctuate by then. if u wanna do active, better use a broker and do it on your own
