Is it a good time to invest in REITs now?

Yea good question here. I'm actually looking at a few of them now, namely, MapleTree Commercial and Parkway Life. But might also consider slightly smaller players like Keppel DC which has a lot more room to expand.

• SG reits still bearish. Price still low.
• but the dividend is still quite consistent.
• meaning your dividend yield on cost will be high in the future.
