Same as other type of investment, you need to have the financial capability to hold and ride the up & down.
I believe there are still good property out there. Need to value hunt.
Property will only get more expensive.

It is always a good time to do into property, just dont expect the same kind of ROI as what was experience from 1980s to 2016.
