The expense to meet up is just so high. When we send gifts for each other's birthdays. We talk online, but because of the time difference, we don't have much of a common time. We aren't sure about the relationship's future, and sometimes I feel like I'm spending too much on this.

If it was me, I would leave the relationship. I'll make a stance at the beginning that a relationship long term investment - so it's either I move over or my partner comes over.

Thankfully, I met my husband briefly 3 days) during a work trip to Dubai. We kept in touch for 2 months, by then feelings grew from daily conversations - so he make the call, packed his bags, left his country and move to SG with two big duffel bags.
