Is getting a NTU Electrical degree(EEE) better or SUSS Information Technology degree better.

For context, i have internet in programming, I took H2 Computing in JC.But practically which one better?
NTU one is full-time and SUSS one is part time.

If your interest is in programming, SUSS IT course would be more focus on software than NTU EEE (which includes electrical and electronic hardware design/development subjects).
